The "Royal Moment" package is for the bride & groom looking for a support system during their planning that will be there every step of the way- that will take care of all of the details, do all of the leg-work, worrying and tedious work. This package is perfect for the couple who want to be a part of the process but have decided to delegate all of the responsibilities and stress that goes into planning an event as important as a wedding to professionals who advise, organize, research, bargain-hunt, coordinate, communicate & plan for a living.

  • This package consists of all production, set-up and vendor coordination etc. on your wedding day.

  • Unlimited support, advisement and consultations throughout the planning process- in person or via phone or email.

  • We will attend any and all appointments and consultations with various vendors. Including but not limited to- dress fittings, caterer appointments & menu tasting, reception site meetings, rental companies, cake consultations, florists etc.

  • Personalized Special Moments Binder with Budget, checklists, graphs and important information

  • We provide full use of our knowledge of local vendors, price points, and recommendations. Unlimited Vendor referrals. Includes negotiation of packages & pricing as well as upgrades from some of our preferred vendors.

  • We will coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with vendors and sites.

  • We will review all vendor contracts and agreements.

  • We will help plan Bridesmaids Luncheon or Batchlorette Party

  • Coordinate or return rental tuxes if necessary

  • Assistance with the assembly of Invitations, favors, place-cards, seating charts and other organizational needs.

  • Rsvp service if needed for tracking all respond cards and guest menu selections

  • Ceremony and Reception floor plans as needed

  • We will provide guidance, advice and assistance with various components that contribute to the success of your event. We will be of use to you and at your assistance as much or as little as you’d like. You set the tone.

  • We will plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner

  • Coordination of all of the events during your “wedding weekend". I.e.: distribution of hotel gift bags, coordination of hotel information, morning after brunch etc.

  • Block rooms at Hotels for guests as necessary

  • We will not take over the design of the event but will provide design direction and advice with your vision in mind.

  • We will coordinate and carry out that vision and insure that all of your floral and design elements are as you wish on the wedding day.

  • We will provide organized & professional execution of every detail and element of your event.

  • We will generally act as your personal assistant through out your wedding planning and provide an unparalleled level of professionalism and support to you and your family during the event production process.

  • Compilation of vendor list which will include ALL vendor and site contact information to be used on your wedding day to coordinate arrivals and insure your vendors are where they need to be and on time.

  • Coordination and contact with all vendors prior to the event to insure they are aware of the schedule and are familiar with our staff as “day of” contacts.

  • Compilation & distribution of "Wedding Day Itinerary" and schedules to vendors, family, wedding party etc.

  • Attendance at your rehearsal and coordination of all elements of your ceremony.

  • Coordination of flowers, decor, wedding party and ushering at your ceremony. Includes clean-up after ceremony.

  • Set-up & Coordination of center-pieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items at your reception.

  • Detailed, organized and professional execution of every element of your event.

  • Attendance during your reception as your personal Event Producers and reception site contact to insure the event runs with ease and on schedule.

  • Clean-up and retrieval of keep-sake items and personal belongings after reception. (Upon Request).

  • Special Moments will also have the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” on hand at both your ceremony and your reception. A Priceless commodity to every bride, groom, mother of the bride, Bridesmaid etc.

  • 1- Final Details session at least 2 weeks before your event to tie up all loose ends.
