The "Treasured Moment" package is a great option for couples looking for a little more services than the “Cherished Moment” Package offers or if you are a Destination Bride looking to get married here in Florida from out of state.

  • Unlimited contact during the planning months via phone & email. Plus 2 “in person” consultations through-out the planning process

  • Venue Location search for reception and ceremony if needed

  • 1-Artistry & design consultation to help you create an event that is stylish, cohesive, integrated and fabulous

  • Accompany Bride to 2 Vendor appointments if necessary

  • 1 site visit to reception and ceremony site

  • Assistance with getting marriage license for out of state couples only

  • Personalized Special Moments Binder with Budget, checklists, graphs and important information

  • Unlimited Vendor referrals. Includes review and negotiations of all vendor contracts

  • Etiquette advice on execution of your wedding day

  • Referrals for rehearsal dinner locations

  • Referrals for Bridesmaids Luncheon and Day after Brunch

  • Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, menus and ceremony programs

  • Transportation arrangements if needed.

  • Compilation of vendor list which will include ALL vendor and site contact information to be used on your wedding day to coordinate arrivals and insure your vendors are where they need to be and on time.

  • Coordination and contact with all vendors prior to the event to insure they are aware of the schedule and are familiar with our staff as “day of” contacts.

  • Arrange accommodation arrangements for out of town guests

  • Design, assemble and deliver guest bags to hotels

  • Compilation & distribution of "Wedding Day Itinerary" and schedules to vendors, family, wedding party etc.

  • Attendance at your rehearsal and coordination of all elements of your ceremony.

  • Coordination of flowers, decor, wedding party and ushering at your ceremony. Includes clean-up after ceremony.

  • Coordination of any and all vendors, florists and on-site tasks at your reception. Includes distribution of final payments to be made on the day of.

  • Set-up & Coordination of center-pieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items at your reception.

  • Detailed, organized and professional execution of every element of your event.

  • Attendance during your reception as your personal Event Producers and reception site contact to insure the event runs with ease and on schedule.

  • Clean-up and retrieval of keep-sake items and personal belongings after reception. (Upon Request).

  • Special Moments will also have the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” on hand at both your ceremony and your reception. A Priceless commodity to every bride, groom, mother of the bride, Bridesmaid etc.

  • 1- Final Details session at least 2 weeks before your event to tie up all loose ends
