Special Moments offers an advocate, financial planner, organizer,
scheduler, supervisor, diplomat and mediator all in one.
In addition to receiving a professional
industry expert, with Special Moments you also get an advocate to work
on your behalf to get the best possible services, quality and prices.
We do not accept “kickbacks or referral fees” from any vendors we
refer, we ask that all of those savings get passed directly to our
clients.
To assist in establishing and maintaining
your budget, we are also a financial planner, available to help you
understand the costs and services of wedding and event planning. We
also provide assistance in finding affordable alternatives by offering
an abundance of helpful, money-saving tips.
At Special Moments, we are an organizer
and an extra set of hands. We let you handle those details that you
wish to do alone and we manage everything else.
As a scheduler, we are experts at
scheduling and anticipating problems. We will save you time - and time
is money.
We act as a supervisor and liaison between
you and all the vendors. Special Moments will be the first point of
contact for these vendors to address any questions or issues so they
may be resolved quickly and accurately.
And, important to many event planners, we
are a diplomat and mediator. We are familiar with family dynamics and
are a detached problem solver.

Destination Weddings
Dreaming of a beach wedding? We have the perfect
packages available to ensure you have the wedding you have
always dreamed of in a location of your choice.
Marriage License
Out of state Residents - get your
marriage license prior to arrival in Florida.
We are an authorized representative of Lake County Clerk of
Courts so you can arrive "day of" instead of three days before
the wedding. We need a 30 day advance notice to arrange
